Previously confirmed reservations follow the cancellation terms accepted when booking. Changing the reservation system does not alter these terms.
You may cancel a wellness reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned start. If the reservation is already paid, we will refund the refundable amount via the same method through Stripe where possible.
After this deadline, there is no automatic right to a refund. The operator may grant an individual exception in justified cases. Failure to attend is treated as a late cancellation.
