The price, dates, number of guests, selected services, fees and available payment options are shown in the summary of your specific booking before completion. Please check the details and the subsequent booking confirmation.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the selected accommodation and dates, full payment or a deposit may be available. The amount of the immediate payment and any balance due is shown directly in the booking; the due date for the balance follows the payment instructions for that booking. A refundable deposit is handled separately on arrival.
For Balm and Villa Sofie the original accommodation terms state arrival from 16:00 to 18:00 and departure from 8:00 to 10:00, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Please also follow the instructions for your specific accommodation. On arrival a valid ID or travel document must be presented and house rules observed during the stay.
Previously confirmed bookings remain subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking and the details in the booking confirmation. Changing the reservation system itself does not alter the agreed price, deposit or payment deadlines.
