We use first name, last name, email and phone to process your reservation, confirm your stay and related communication. Details about dates, guests and booked services are used to arrange your stay.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. The reservation system works with the amount, payment status and transaction identifiers to assign the payment to the reservation and handle any refunds.
We process data for statutory guest records separately from marketing. We retain these records for at least five years after the end of your stay. We retain contractual documentation according to the published terms for ten years from the last performance, unless a legal regulation requires a longer period.
