Reception secures the deposit by blocking the amount on your card or accepts it in cash. A blocked amount is not charged; after the property check, reception releases it. Cash deposits are returned and recorded by reception. Any damage found is handled according to the house rules.
For previously confirmed reservations, the deposit amount and payment method follow the terms accepted when booking and the reservation confirmation.
